DYK DYR

Do you know DYR? Bruce Fox is well known for its custom awards, recognition, and other custom items, but have you heard about our DYR product line?

When you stop by our website, you will see right on the homepage that there are two sections: Custom Work and Logo & Go. The custom work is, obviously, the highly custom and unique pieces that we create from scratch.

Then, the Logo and Go option takes you to our Design Your Recognition (DYR) site. Here you will find a product line that has more “stock” options that tend to be more budget and timeline conscious.

So, how do you know if your project is more DYR or custom? Take our little “quiz” we created below.

Keep track of your score on a sheet of paper and add up the numbers to see which one you are more likely to fall under.

12-16: A completely custom piece might be the best solution. Having that unique, one-of-a-kind and branded piece is exactly what your client needs.

If you are still unsure, reach out about your project and we can guide you on which department would best fit your project needs. Learn more about custom work here or check out our portfolio.

So, now that you know that DYR might be the category you are falling into, what is DYR and what can it do for you?

What makes DYR different?

  1. Price – Since DYR is less complex and intricate because it’s a stock piece with some customization, the overall price is lower than our completely custom options.
  2. Turnaround time – Since there aren’t any prototyping and major design requirements, we can quickly design, send for approval, and produce the product. We typically have a fast turnaround of virtuals in only 1-2 days and shipping out to you in only 7-10 days.
  3. Lower Minimums – Since these are stock, the logical amount to offset the tooling requirements are not quite as high; thus, our typical DYR minimum is only 3.
  4. Stock – Having product options in stock for us to easily put together for your custom project allows for fast turnaround times, as well as lower prices. This also means a consistent product for future repeat orders.
  5. Customization – Recipient name, logo, company, title, award name, date, and other factors are common on an award. We can work with you on what you want and how to best fit the design you’ve chosen. And don’t worry; you can have personalization for each award, too.

As you can see, we offer two product lines to best fit your needs, whether it’s completely custom or stock custom. DYR is perfect for those low minimums, quick turnarounds, and small budgets.
