Do you like our spam? It’s a nice picture isn’t it? Does it make you hungry?
If you said yes, then great; I hope it’s almost time for you to eat. However, if you’re like me and don’t like spam, then you’re probably wondering why the heck I’m talking about spam.
Well, the reason is because I’m tired of spam, the canned meat and the clutter in my inbox. I’m tired of tasting nasty recipes that never try to actually make the meat taste good, as well as getting junk I don’t need or want. It takes too much time sifting through what’s useful and what is spam.
So, that’s why I’ve decided to assist you with sifting through the spam of quick turn-around promotional products, specifically awards and recognition. There’s just too much spammy material out there. #Punny
DYR’s Tuxedo Award Collection: Think Outside of the Can
Design Your Recognition (DYR) has various product collections that can easily customize to your client’s needs. Today we are looking at our Tuxedo Collection, which is a popular and a standard industry term with plenty of spam floating around it.
With the usual canned meat recipes, you are typically limited to 2-4 options overall, and the recipes can’t be changed and serving suggestions have to be abided without question. However, DYR’s Tuxedo Award Collection is not your mother’s spam recipe or one you just pull off the back of the can.
So, with our Tuxedo Collection, we ask you to think outside of the can. Serving suggestions are just guidelines and recipes can be changed up by more than one or two ingredients.
Our Tuxedo Awards are full-color laminated plaques available in simple, yet elegant black, white, gold, or silver designs. They only have a minimum order of 3, which allows for greater customization and choices on how many you want (pick your serving size to actually satisfy you and not just what you are forced to get).
Then we turn to the recipe. It’s less of choosing from three set recipes, and more “here are the ingredients and you create your own individual recipe,” then we make the delicious dish that suits your taste buds.
Here are the ingredients and steps to make your masterpiece:
- Choose an outside trim color: black, white, silver, or gold
- Choose the thick middle border: black, white, silver, or gold
- Choose the thin inside trim color: black, white, silver, or gold
- Choose the inside plaque color (the opposite color will be used for the writing): black or white
- Choose what you want to say and show on the plaque, such as wording and logos
- Choose if you want it as a wall mount or a desk display
6 simple steps that make a great dish (and a great enough product that erases the terrible taste that wading through all that tuxedo spam left in your mouth).
Now, we are only showing you samples of the titles, such as Excellence, Leadership, Service, and Achievement; however, we can also say other things, such as Engineering, Attendance, or Sales. Furthermore, the suggested serving size can change even more, just like the “number of people” you feel like feeding. You can also customize the recipe to suit your taste, switching colors and wording around to fit your needs.
Remember, Think Outside of the Can
Just keep telling yourself to think outside of the can. Serving suggestions and the recipes on the back are just that: ideas and suggestions.
So, as you are wading through spam (both the terrible canned meat and the email junk), remember that you can contact DYR for a customized product that fits your needs. You have a small minimum for product orders (only 3!), you can change various ingredients, and we have a fast turnaround of virtuals in 1-2 days and shipping out to you in typically only 7-10 days.
